2016 JUNIOR DEVELOPMENT TRACK MEET JUNE 4, 2016

DELCO RRC hosted another successful free track meet on June 4, at Strath Haven Middle School, along with the Swarthmore Recreation Association. Over 100 children, ages 5 to 18 participated in the four hour event that included the 1600m, 800m, 400m, 200m, 100m, high jump, long jump, and softball throw. Competition was held in two year age groups starting at 8 and under. Meet directors Andrew Armour and Byron Mundy thank everyone who volunteered to officiate and time the meet including John Ashton, Steve Hamilton, John Greenstine, Amy Binder, Mary Beth Mundy, Mariel Filtz, Marian Filtz, Larry Filtz, Jessica Sarver, Jack Labar, Alice Rehrer, Heidi Arnold, Tom Brazill, Mike Walsh, Sarah Walsh, Lou D’Onofrio, Bill Schultz, Bill Morgan, Cheryl Cantlin, Noreen Beresford, Janet McGurk, Eric Mundy, Nathan Newport, and Mike Bolin,

Eighteen adults ran in the open mile race.
